Took two of them with me and read both on honeymoon, finishing one in my downtime. Absolutely excellent reads. Gave me a bit of a different perspective and a newfound respect for the Elder and a bit more of a liking for Crazy Nights in the process. Whenever this one is done I will be buying it for sure!
Thank you for that. Full disclosure: 99% of what counts in the solos and elder celebrations was Tim. His vision, his effort, my packaging.

We appreciate yours and everyone's support of those.

Crazy Nights was mostly me, though recycled Tim's Nevison interview. Wish I could have talked with Desmond, and in hindsight it could have been much more than it ended up being. That said, the project helped me come to terms with the album's original impact on me and make me appreciate it on a different level.

Sadly, I don't think there are any further albums in the catalogue able to be given the full monty now. While I've turned my attention back to my long-delayed Aerosmith projects, Mass Kissteria doesn't feel like the KISS book I said I'd never make. It lets me scratch my Euro itch, involve my Euro and Antipodean mates, and dig into the first transitional period the band faced. It's a fascinating period, and I hope to do the story justice.

No prob.
The previous scans posted are from Rip It Up Oct (tour ad), and Dec (review). I have the whole 1980 set of said mags, and will take a look in earlier issues for an Unmasked review - they sometimes missed albums here and there,so will see what I can find.

First photo contributions for three events. Going to need a Genoa stub -- that one's a place-holder. Still working on Italian translations.

These are deliberately rough -- keep in mind it's a "demo," so I'll be requesting upgrades of images from those with the read deal and willingness to contribute.

Massive thanks to those who've already provided some very useful contributions.

Even these little teasers are enough to get me to order... Hopefully you decide to do it.

Poster for the Zwolle - The Netherlands concert - from the cancelled tour.
There is even a small cover up of the original date(top right), was this tour first postponed and then cancelled?
I had an original of this poster and there was a different date underneath - I believe it was in May.

Such a shame that their UK TV interview from, Thames News, which aired Monday 8th September, has never been seen since, I missed is as I went out to play football.

...Funny you should mention that interview, I was just going through my photos and found this: The paperwork for the 1980 London press conference with "Thames TV" added in blue pen at the top. :D
