Anyone have this book? I've come into a little bit of extra cash, and I'm planning how to spend it lol.

I have it, but haven't looked at it in quite a while.

It's okay, not great, but worth getting.

Hi Randell, I have the book and as CR said, it’s not great. I wouldn’t spend more than 10 bucks or so on it.
A lot of the pictures are flipped as you can see here.

Thanks for the info y'all. I'm gonna get something to read. I only have the kissfaq(not from this site), Ace Autobiography, and another that escapes me right now. Any suggestions on awesome books? I prefer the more trivia style book as opposed to books only pertaining to one topic.

Is KISS Alive Forever still available? If so, you NEED this book.

You know what's good?
And Party Every Day by Larry Harris. If you want to read about more than one topic, that one's great because it's the history of Casablanca records, so you get Parliament, Donna Summer & Village People stories . Lots of background & trivial information.
I'm not sure how easy it is to find, though.

KISS and Sell, Alive Forever, and Take it Off: KISS Truly Unmasked. Those are a couple that come to mind at the moment.

I've heard alot of great things about KISS Alive Forever. Hopefully, I'll get able to find a copy. Kiss And Sell is the one I couldn't remember the name of that I have already. If anyone has a lead on KAF, please DM me.

I don't have any of the Emperor's books, but I have a feeling that may change on Christmas Day.

Julian's "Odyssey" and the book about the solo albums are must haves.

That's very kind.

Tim's both. They were his concepts, mostly his executions, our benefit.

There's actually a copy of that book at my local library. It's a fascinating look into all the little tricks Casablanca pulled to make KISS look much more financially successful than they really were. Fake RIAA certifications, etc. (Not that they were small-time, but there was a whole lot of smoke and mirrors going on to keep up the 'hottest band in the land' image.)

The HOTTER THAN HELL book is mostly crap. I would avoid it—it’s filler and not essential.
