Sadly those are by the actual Mego company, while Figures Toy Co is doing much more accurate repros of the old Megos.

Barnes and nobles is not the most depressing I feel old story though lol I went to target a month ago looking for a ruler so I went up to this girl that worked there she looked like she was a high schooler.. and I ask where are the rulers?
She says “what’s a ruler?”
I said you know the stick that measures thinks
“I have no clue what that is”
You know the thing elementary schoolers use to learn about inches and cm
Still nothing..
Then she was like we have tape measures maybe that’s close to it

I could understand if some clueless Millennial doesn't know what an 8 Track or Walkman is, but rulers are still in use!
Even CDs, which have dropped in popularity big time, are still a thing in this day and age. The Millennial queen herself, Taylor Swift, still sells a shit ton of CDs.

This is the future of the country. If it isn't talked about on Twitter, it doesn't exist.
I have a son who is a senior in college and he's had to show peers how to address an envelope.
Some kids have never received or mailed a letter, I guess. You'd think it was the Pony Express or something.

This is legit depressing.

If you wanna change the world, at least learn about the world you're trying to change.

I’m laughing so hard right now. It’s not even funny! By the way the target person was not a millennial she was in the new generation.

Baby Boomers 1946-1964.
Gen X 1965-1980.
Millennials 1981-1996.
New generation 1997-present.

Well, well, well.....we actually agree on something. Millennials are truly a pitiful generation.
It's true, my 22 year old son can't even plough a field with oxen, use a loom to weave a carpet or shimmy up the chimney to clean it. Last week I asked him to help repair my penny farthing, the look on his face was priceless. SMH.

The new generation is trash. The only thing they have is technology. Propaganda disguised as pop culture. Movies, television, & music suck now. So let me get this straight.....you are on a message board of a 70’s band talking crap about boomers?? (I’m not a boomer) Isn’t there an Ariana Grande message board out there you can troll???
I will see your “OK Boomer”, and raise you a.....
OK Pole Smoker.

The new generation is trash. The only thing they have is technology. Propaganda disguised as pop culture. Movies, television, & music suck now. So let me get this straight.....you are on a message board of a 70’s band talking crap about boomers?? (I’m not a boomer) Isn’t there an Ariana Grande message board out there you can troll???
I will see your “OK Boomer”, and raise you a.....
OK Pole Smoker.
Ah yes, homophobic remarks as response. Classy. I could oh so very easily completely obliterate every single thing you just said, being as tired, inept, off mark, lazy, shortsighted and dated as it is. I could easily spend pages discussing the ways in which the boomer generation has completely ran not only our economic system, but also environmental system, and political institutions into the ground, leaving, in turn, a new generation of people to 1) feel the impact of those practices and 2) fucking fix them, but I’m not gonna do that. You’re probably hard of hearing and, perhaps more dangerously, hard of listening.

Settle down princess. I’m sure there is a public library nearby where you can get all dolled up & read nursery rhymes to children.

Again with the homophobic bullshit. Not to mention a comment that makes absolutely zero sense and has zero relevance to the conversation at hand. Sweetie

Baby boomers parents saved Europe and the USA from Nazi Germany & the Japanese. The sacrifices they made were many. War rationing would never work in today’s entitlement generation. The people who came before us weren’t perfect......but apparently YOU are.

Sadly those are by the actual Mego company, while Figures Toy Co is doing much more accurate repros of the old Megos.

I think besides the Original Mego dolls, the only figures that caught my eye were the McFarlane figured of Alive, Creatures (Unmasked era technically) and Love Gun. I wish they would’ve done more and perhaps could’ve incorporated real cloth outfits.
Yup, in my opinion the OG Mego and the McFarlane are the best!
