I think he will, but I don’t think he’ll wear the costume. I think he’ll just come out and play in street clothes for two or three song
When it comes down to it and then all this is the last chance to ever play on that side of the stage again, I also think they will see Peter, too, show up and play a couple songs
Unless they are in makeup then I’d rather they not be involved. There really is no point. It’s a tricky situation, but getting up on stage in street clothes isn’t the answer.
Yeah maybe so - but but Good news/bad news, Doc ......if they were to pay Frehley to come out for a one-off gig, they’re going to have to alter YOUR compensation to stay on budget. Be careful
Ace already said he wouldn’t play onstage with Tommy if Tommy is wearing his makeup and costume. Frankenace will have to sit out for a couple of songs. Probably the encore.

It’s been long reported that ALL remaining members have been invited to the final show(s), whether they agree with the terms of the offer is another thing.
With VV being the exception as he’s been invited to the show but not been asked to play (Gene’s words)

Yeah, I don't get that. She wanted Ace, shacked up with him, when he was double-chinned, with a cannonball gut hanging. Then, once the 'honeymoon' period expired, after a while, she's making him wear matching outfits and doing aerobics. The guy's 70 years old, seek not to alter him!
Doc knows they will sell more dvds and merchandise, maybe even a PPV event if they could Ace and Peter to come and play. I would not bet on it happening.

Having Ace on the bill doesn’t sell one ticket more to a final show, it would be a sell out regardless. It’s just a nice gesture at this point.
As a PPV they would be selling to the whole army, that’s a great idea.

The EOTR tour is about G+P taking one final victory lap to celebrate the band they created by all themselves without help from anyone else. There's no way A+P will be allowed to take that spotlight away (unless tickets are soft in key markets).
This is never going to happen. As already being said, Gene and Paul doing one last round and they surely will not offer anything half decent to Ace and Peter for ruining the limelight for them. And vice versa, there is no way that Ace nor Peter will get up in street closes next to their impersonators. The whole notion is just silly. The EOTR Tour will end as it started – with Gene, Paul, Spacegimp and Catboy. I also think that both Peter and Ace don’t cut it anymore and they both would need serious “help” to do a half decent job. Paul can still play the Starchild well enough, without using too much of his broken vocal cords (plus the ever efficient vocal smoothing pedal) and Gene does the demon also half justice. Peter and Ace on the other hand have lost their chops and I would think they would look for any opportunity NOT to do it. In Ace’s case he choose “I will only come back if I can claim back my throne” and Peter has retired, which is his jail free card. No nothing like that is going to happen. Gene, Paul, Spacegimp and Catboy will finish this of as KIss (not KISS). Ace and Peter are not even doing interviews for the KISS documentary, but they will go up on stage and play with KISS… Nah!!!

I am not sure the whole army would buy it without Ace and Peter, take them out of the equation and this is just an EOR show with canned vocals. The PPV numbers would match Dubai. What Ace and Peter bring to the table for a PPV is a chance for the Kiss fans from the 70's who gave up the band long ago, one last chance to see them on stage again. That said, I don't see them being on board at this point. That ship sailed already. G&P want this to be their victory lap.
If Ace and/or Peter are up there, Tommy should become "The Ankh Warrior" and Eric should become "The Fox" for those nights. Would be a good way to pay tribute two other Kiss members without having to deal with the batshit crazy one that's still living.

Ace and Peter aren’t desperate this time. I doubt it will happen. Not worth it from either side’s perspective. They won’t do it for the fans otherwise they would have played at the RARHOF.

Ace has already said he is not interested in doing just one show. So no it is not happening.
So be sure to grab yo tix to all the shows of the remainder of the tour, cos you never know!
I think Ace won't play with them on a big stage again. They tried so hard to accomplish their mission of gaining new concert audience who don't know who Ace is to only plug him in and make it an event? They don't need the headache.

If I was in A&P's position, I'd do it for free, and get my final moment in front of a Kiss audience. If for nothing else, it would do their legacy a world of good to get one last hurrah. But if they won't do it because "the money isn't right", well.......
