Well played.

I am expecting a sellout.

Except for the floor seats on the sides and toward the soundboard. Not sure what was going on there. The rest of the venue went fairly briskly.

You ain’t lying. Who knows?

That’s just about all that’s left.

Any walk up WILL fill out those seats.

No other choice.

They were too expensive. Back row floor was like $275 originally, and they have been slow to drop. No thanks.

Look like another packed house. Let’s hope walk up gobbles up those 50 or so seats remaining and we get another sell out.

Nice job KISS Army Peoria!

Saw the band leave the hotel at 4. Paul saw my Pumas and gave me props.

This stadium kind of sucks. Views from first rows of uppers sections are somewhat obstructed.

Big crowd! I was curious about the front row seats and they are still $997, with about 30 minutes before KISS hits the stage.

The place was full and KISS was firing on all cylinders tonight! I DON'T give a fuck, if Paul was using tapes I couldn't tell.

This one ranks up there with Milwaukee in 09. Just a dynamite performance all around. It could also possibly be my last live KISS show....

DLR was great, too! Absolutely enjoyed his set, it was a fun show.

OK. My 14th and probably last KISS show.

The place was full. Most people were there before DLR even started. I went with my wife and six other people of varying degrees of KISS and general concert experience. As for DLR, there were mixed opinions amongst the group. If you want him to sound like the record, you aren't going to find him good. He doesn't really sing much, more like shouts. A few in the group thought he was weird with the wide grin and stuff. They have no DLR experience at all. I thought he was fine and his band was great. I would have preferred the set list he started the tour with as he didn't play Dance The NIght Away or California Girls. Tobacco Road was kind of a momentum killer because no one knew it. The Van Halen I material and Jump got the greatest responses.

Loooong wait for KISS, loooong lines at the restrooms, loong lines at concessions, looong lines at merch. There were people everywhere. Unless you were in your seat or at a urinal you were in a line.

As for KISS, the show is better live than you see by watching Youtube clips. It is long, and there are only a few points where momentum starts to drop. The drum and guitar solos are wholly unnecessary, but I think those are used more as a break for the 70-year olds in the band, so I'll give em that. Say Yeah didn't go over particularly well, that should be the first song to go if they start trimming.

My group wasn't a big fan of Tears Are Falling, although I liked it. 100,000 Years was probably overall the second lowest song in terms of crowd reaction. Parasite is a fave of mine but didn't get much reaction either Trim some fat off that show and you would have the perfect KISS show. It doesn't have to be two hours. I would lose Say Yeah, Parasite, 100, 000 Years. Maybe add Christine Sixteen and Strutter.

My group absolutely loved the show. We were upper bowl 14th row and stood almost the whole time, probably to the chagrin of everyone around us. We were dancing, singing, really getting into it. The ones who had never seen KISS were amazed, it exceeded their expectations that were already high. They had no idea Paul wasn't singing live, and when I mentioned it after, they didn't care.

It is SO COOL to go to a KISS concert with people who have no idea what is going to happen. I think sometimes we get caught up in our own little world of minutiae here. I was with adults who were blown away by the spitting blood routine that we have all seen 1000 times. And they were putty in Paul's hands for all of his stage games. They were like little kids with the bombs and flames.

Overall a wonderful capper to my KISS live experience.

Great review! I wonder why the long delay before KISS. I saw Paul tweeting last night after 9. What time did they hit the stage?

Looks like the second leg and setting the arenas on fire, just like the first leg did

bravo to them

It’s so good and impressive to see them sell so many tickets again and again

I’m surprised and very glad for them

Makes the diehard fans of 35+ years really feel vindicated on this last lap

Well my review differs from the one up top. That's KISS fans for you - never happy.

The show was great. Say Yeah is the only momentum killer. Parasite is my favorite KISS song so I couldn't be happier. 100,000 Years is a highlight of the show and Eric Singer's solo is great.

With the addition of Tears and Crazy Nights, the set represents the entire catalog well. I thought this would be my last time but they are playing Tinley this summer and will go then as well because it is always FUN.

DLR was great. A lot better than the last 2015 Van Halen tour. They must have tuned down to suit Dave's voice. The set was one song after another without any stupid banter.

The venue was crap. It's an older 80's venue with terrible facilities.

I loved parasite. Only reason I say that is it seemed 98% of the people there had never heard it and it didn’t get much reaction.

Think you are misinterpreting me a bit. I loved the show. My critiques were more from a casual fan point or view, not mine as a die hard.

really wish Paul would just track alot more of his songs (rock bottom‚ room service‚ is that you‚ c’mon and love me‚ and king of the night time world) so we could get maybe a 25 song set list--
