Streaming. Some CD. I'm not, at all, infatuated with physical media (though I like the cover art, etc). It's awkward and inconvenient to take on the go, for one. And most records have shit songs that need to be skipped, which physical media, like cassettes, don't make easy. And just having to store all of it, all the time, like a hoarder ... no. No way. I can't be dealing with that.

I can't vote in the poll because i don't listen just one way. I listen to CDs, MP3, low quality YouTube and even on the rare occasion i break out one of my cassette tapes.

If i still had all my records, i would even listen to music off f those.

I'm assuming by "album" you mean "vinyl". Because cassette tapes, 8-track tapes, CD's... those are all albums, too.

Do you mean vinyl? Because "album" refers to CD, cassette and 8-track as well.

I wish I could vote for both streaming & vinyl. But I’ll vote for streaming.

I estimate I do 50% streaming, 40% vinyl (at home, in my living room), & 10% cassettes.

They haven’t turned. CDs still move far more units than vinyl. Even in terms of sales, CDs are still ahead of vinyl (vinyl records earned $224.1 million over the first six months of 2019, while CDs earned $247.9 million). Given the current trends, It’s likely (though not a given) that vinyl will earn more $$ than CDs next year but that is due to the price mark-up of vinyl records allowed by the nostalgia factor. Even though CD sales are declining, CDs are not disappearing any more than vinyl has.

At any rate, both formats are getting clobbered by streaming.

I voted other because the way I listen to music varies.

Sometimes I may decide to put a vinyl on, sometimes I'll put a CD in a player if I feel like it.

I have the majority of my CD collection backed up as FLAC as well as some hi res albums I purchased in that format, and I'll listen to those on my PC, whether through headphones or my speaker setup. I also have a fiio X3 1st generation that I put my FLAC files on to listen to (which as amazing little device).

After that, I'll listen to MP3s if I have on a USB drive in my car and there are some on my phone. I also have Spotify, but I don't really listen to KISS through that. I mainly use Spotify for discovering new music or for listening to songs I like enough to listen to, but not enough to buy lol.

I have Amazon Music Unlimited, and I put the entire KISS catalog on "shuffle."
Not perfect, because when a particular song is on many compilation albums, it interprets each one as a separate song, hence I end up skipping past 1 out of every 5 or 6 songs, but I'm okay with that. (just personal preference; everybody has their own tastes of course)

My radio station played 3 straight KISS songs yesterday. God of Thunder, Detroit Rock City and Dr Love. They play KISS a lot so that is how I have been listening to them.
