I saw Queen two years ago in Chicago with two of my daughters, and it was a great show, I would most definitely go see them again at any time!

It’s a shame they didn’t replace Ace with a legitimate talent. Probably would have had to pay out a decent salary to someone though...

Mays unique tone and soling style would have translated well to the Kiss sound - he’d had to have worn flats though.

When you see KISS you expect to see makeup and strange get-ups. When you see Queen you do not expect to see such things. Thus, fans react to it.

I suppose, but in my mind the biggest "what the fudge?!" moment Queen ever had was the Hot Space album, and that was mostly Freddie's idea. Artsy types (KISS included back in the day) toss ideas out there and try different things. They usually aren't all solid gold, and that's ok. Just my take.

It was an absolutely incredible show. No issue with the costume (there were many extravagant costumes in the show). The Ghost mask was a little weird. The outfit might’ve worked better within the context of his solo with all the planets and meteor.

Thats funny - influenced by Tommy's EOTR silver kettle tour outfit. Same designer? He also played a bit like Tommy there - not quite bending properly to pitch, fluffing some vibrato, etc....
