I wonder what kind of attendance they will have for this. 20,000? 50,000?

It's gonna be around 20,000 since they're playing in the racetrack instead of playing inside the ex-stadium, which holds 50,000.
Still not sure that I could make it, since KISS plays on Friday and I have to work

Interesting to see how they set up the EOTR stage for an out door festival. I also wonder if they will still get 2+ hours, or will the show be shorten a little.

According to David Pea (Gene’s costume designer) they have modified Gene’s outfit a little so look out for that.

OK. I have made the decision to not attend.
The rain season has started in Mexico City and that place turns into a mud pit under such condition
And have to wait 6+ hours, in order to keep a decent spot, in such conditions is too much for me and my old ass
I just hope that they return later, just them and in an arena place
If I can have any on-the-minute info I'll post it anyways

You don’t think? I’m thinking most of it will be there with the obvious exception being the crane arms, which might be substituted by using those arms that extend from the stage.

I just checked the National Weather service. It is expected to be partly cloudy and 68 degrees Farenheit by the time KISS goes on.

He needs to be careful, AJ Pero of Twisted Sister didn't look after his health, and died younger than expected.

The EOTR show in festival/open air configuration doesn’t seem to be as impressive as the indoor arenas shows. It’s just a great but usual KISS show, the same we saw the last ten years, with the most empty stage ever. Not a good sign for european fans. Most of shows will be open air... I still hope they’ll bring the full one for the arena concerts.
