Since everybody was saying, "This show is gonna empty, KISS can't draw anymore...etc." I was just trying to find out how cheap the brokers were letting 'em go for. There were never any worthwhile seats a available since day one...no matter what you were willing to spend. That made me believe it would be yor usual sell out, or close to it anyway.

Just checking in , I'm just left a friend of mine working at the box office, at this time there are "36 tickets" left in the upper levels. They want to report a sellout.

Off the record ,the promoter will be releasing more just prior to showtime. So if anyone is debating whether or not it's worth the drive, its up to you but there are plenty of unreleased seats throughout the lower sections to right up front. It's just a matter of getting them out of someone. It's a different world at the casino's.

Forget ticketmaster or brokers on this one, it's all who you know. If you have a player/rewards card or know a regular player here have them call, but do it through reservations not the box office. I ha

That's a very difficult question to answer prior to the show. You have the box office acting as one contractor, than Ticketmaster not to mention what the promoter hasn't released. They can only see what they have left at that moment, there's really no way of seeing whats been sold but I did inquire just for you.

I was told by her along with the event coordinator that it's a near sellout of whats available. Don't assassinate the messenger now! But I was told by her along with my host and event coordinator that tonight's show it is a full event with 7,500 tickets available for the show and at this time they believe over 7,000 have been sold based on whats available, but there is no way of seeing whats been sold by looking at a screen. They are going by whats left. So if the promoter held a thousand for instance 6,500 would be a sellout.

As of 430 pm eastern time she (at the box office) have 106 balcony seats are left and Ticketmaster has 100 tickets but there are still seats still being held by the promoter and those if released, would be released to Ticketmaster. They released quite a few excellent seats earlier on Ticketmaster . They usually release between 100 and a thousand depending on the event. I would imagine if they do release them it won't be more than a hundred based on my experience.

So at this point I am being told its very close to a sellout basing that on what is available. When they release the held back seats it will be easier but they feel over 7,000 depending on how many they release. That's the number their estimating so we'll wait and see.

Thanks for the update, I'll be putting down ~7,000 for my records. With lack of actual box scores I try to keep things as accurate as possible.

Casuals there for pyro. And I see some empty seats and lots of people sitting.

The show was pretty amazing. I kinda knew the set list was gonna be the same old same old, but I wasn't following the set list posts on FAQ so I was still surprised by some of the songs.

Pyro was outstanding, spider was cool, and the band sounded pretty damn good. Not an off nite at all!! Gene seemed to be wonderfully demonic during the blood spitting, Paul sounded great IMO. When you are there you miss things and/or temd to forgive more. The only obvious strains i heard were during his in between song banter. He started strong, and I am still blown away that he gets through the whole show. He managed the intro to HOF, sang IWMFLY better than I've heard him do it in years, and on and on.

Sold out or not, they still give you a great show with a lot of effort.

At this point Each time I see them I think it could very well be the last time. After tonight's performance I sure hope not. Kiss still rules!!

Went to the show last night. They sounded really good musically, Paul's voice is what it is. I was with 3 people who like KISS but not like us. One of my geek da noticed his voice issues, two didn't. I really liked the show as I felt the entire presentation was done really well. All these years later they still put on a great show. I loved hearing Say Yeah and Heavens on Fire. Didn't think I'd ever hear those live again. My friends missed Deuce, Strutter and Cold Gin. Go figure.

While the KISS stage show was firing on all pistons last night, I enjoyed Gilford more. Sure there were no risers, the screen was off at times, and Boris was crammed into that not so large proscenium that he couldn't move, I still liked it better.

For one I thought the crowd was more into it. It was the first time KISS was at the Meadowbrook Pavilion and I never met so many "first timers" in I can't remember how long. It had a more appreciative vibe to it. It was great to feed off the crowd.

Secondly I thought KISS actually did "more" during the show since the "tricks" weren't available. They were clearly more active throughout the night. A little analogy come to mind when I think about it...

We've all seen 'Jaws', it was the first Summer Blockbuster and personally one of my favorite movies of all time. Spielberg envisioned a drastically different movie when he began filming from what actually ended up on screen. There was one thing he didn't count on...Bruce (the shark) wasn't gonna cooperate with the rest of the crew. The shark was a hugely expensive mechanical faliure. Visually it was supposed to jump through hoops but Bruce had other plans. Because of this Spielberg was forced to radically alter the film and use his own words, "I was forced to make a better movie."

I think that kind of went on Wednesday night in New Hamshire. Without some of the usual high spots of the show available it forced the band to do a little more. I've seen their show a hundred times now, and as we all can attest it hasn't changed a whole lot in the last 20 years. I really liked what I saw on Wednesday night.

Oh...that didn't mean I didn't love the show in Verona and Uncasville too. It was great to see Boris up and around. This is the best stage since Leon. KISS is the coolest. If they keep playing...lord knows I'll keep laying out my hard earned dollars to be there.

I wasn't at these shows, but I had friends at the two Revenge shows where there was no Statue of Liberty and they saw multiple shows on the tour. Both friends, said that the best shows THEY saw on the tour were the shows with no statue. More movement from the band, more crowd interaction. If you watch the bootleg of the San Bernardino show from 1992 you can see that it was raucous crowd. Crowd surfing at a KISS show in 1992!? LOVE IT!

I was thinking about driving down to see the show. I got out of work at 4 in Boston and was seriously thinking about making the trip not knowing if I could have anything resonably priced when I got there. Stupid me didnt even think about coming on the forum here to see......oh well maybe next time.

Well, this marked my 76th Kiss show. Having seen every tour in the US since 78' excluding The Creatures tour, I thought I would take time to share an honest and objective review of my take on last night for anyone on the fence. I saw it front row as I've seen them all. It was good night for Kiss, they were in good spirits but one thing that's become clearly evident more so than ever is "the band's performance has become second to the show". It now, more than ever, a True Rock and Roll circus.

Attendance The arena was packed aside from a few empties noticeably scattered on the upper rear balconies . But I can confirm that every ticket available to both Ticketmaster and the box office here were sold. There were a multitude of complimentary tickets put aside for players through reservations who never made the show that sadly went to waste but the crowd itself were into it as they always are up here. Getting a solid attendance figure for this one will be interesting.

The Stage: I have to say the entire production truly was impressive. The video screen really punched through more so now without all the other video monitors they've used on all their past tours. To me, they distracted more than anything and just really cluttered the stage. The spider lighting rig was actually pretty cool I mean the head even bows down, it's very impressive when you see it right in front of you. The lighting and colored beams were spectacular as well.

The Show: This is about the loudest most aggressive pyro they have ever used and it's now it's continuous throughout the show. I don't think they could fit another column of fire if they tried. And when there isn't an effect going off, just the lighting alone is visually exciting. Personally, it's a bit much in my opinion. It almost loses value when pyro is going off continuously.

The band: Well starting with Paul, the spectacle really shifts focus off his vocal issues. It's not they're not apparent live but I will say they would be much less noticeable if he dropped all the ridiculous stage raps between songs. Physically he had some good moments like in War machine where he cut loose a bit and was a little more mobile than other times. Vocal issues or not, he still can entertain without question, I thought it was a nice touch placing the mirror ball in the back and doing the doing the "Black Diamond" intro from the rear platform. He should of always done that. It really adds a nice ambiance.

Gene: His bass playing is there as always and his vocals were right there. But he's certainly not the Gene Simmons I once knew. He's completely lost the demonic persona , one second he's sticking out his tongue the next he's being a goof... dancing, making retarded faces and acting like a mongoloid amusing himself, as well as all of us in the front rows. It just makes it hard to take him seriously when he takes center stage and starts spitting blood. But realistically, at 64, you can't expect him to be that menacing character that broke out back in 74', that would be awkward as well. So it's basically a 'lighter' Gene Simmons. (although physically heavier)

Thayer: Not a fan of Tommy's but his playing was solid throughout the night. He interacted well with Paul exchanging some laughs during Outta This World trading screams into the mic with Paul. Paul also introduced him as "Mr. X". Won't comment on solo or bazooka other than it would of been great to hear 3 more songs in place of 'the jam'.

Singer: One thing I've noticed in recent tours are the drums are so flat. As a drummer I thought his snare was buried in the mix. He's still solid but I noticed his hitting is inconsistent . One second he's hitting hard the next he's not. On his solo breaks the drums sounded alright but after the solo the snare was buried again. The toms just don't cut through the way they should. I'm not saying he should use the amount of reverb Eric Carr did, but a little more sure wouldn't hurt.( I personally think Peter had a better drum sound on the reunion tours and definitely a better snare. (Just talking tones)

Overall it was a good show, but aside from the production, nothing new here at all. But still a great night out in terms of entertainment. The front row experience is always fun . Your watching every detail, interacting with them and always waiting for a member to step in front of you. I would of probably passed without seeing it from there.

But you can't just single Kiss out , everything in life gets repetitious, not just the Kiss show. Its amazing in 2013 this act/stage show has survived. As long as there is somebody willing to pay, they will play.

agree with you anomaly 2 Eric's drums are way to low in the mix. I was about 6 rows from the stage and all I have to say is if you cant have fun at a kiss show then you need to have your head examined. The lighting, stage and pyro is spectacular...This show is beyond insane. Over the top pyro..the bombs were beyond loud. Just a great night at a great place..

agree with you anomaly 2 Eric's drums are way to low in the mix. I was about 6 rows from the stage and all I have to say is if you cant have fun at a kiss show then you need to have your head examined. The lighting, stage and pyro is spectacular...This show is beyond insane. Over the top pyro..the bombs were beyond loud. Just a great night at a great place..

Definitely need to have their heads examined!

Well, this marked my 76th Kiss show. Having seen every tour in the US since 78' excluding The Creatures tour, I thought I would take time to share an honest and objective review of my take on last night for anyone on the fence. I saw it front row as I've seen them all. It was good night for Kiss, they were in good spirits but one thing that's become clearly evident more so than ever is "the band's performance has become second to the show". It now, more than ever, a True Rock and Roll circus.

Attendance The arena was packed aside from a few empties noticeably scattered on the upper rear balconies . But I can confirm that every ticket available to both Ticketmaster and the box office here were sold. There were a multitude of complimentary tickets put aside for players through reservations who never made the show that sadly went to waste but the crowd itself were into it as they always are up here. Getting a solid attendance figure for this one will be interesting.

The Stage: I have to say the entire production truly was impressive. The video screen really punched through more so now without all the other video monitors they've used on all their past tours. To me, they distracted more than anything and just really cluttered the stage. The spider lighting rig was actually pretty cool I mean the head even bows down, it's very impressive when you see it right in front of you. The lighting and colored beams were spectacular as well.

The Show: This is about the loudest most aggressive pyro they have ever used and it's now it's continuous throughout the show. I don't think they could fit another column of fire if they tried. And when there isn't an effect going off, just the lighting alone is visually exciting. Personally, it's a bit much in my opinion. It almost loses value when pyro is going off continuously.

The band: Well starting with Paul, the spectacle really shifts focus off his vocal issues. It's not they're not apparent live but I will say they would be much less noticeable if he dropped all the ridiculous stage raps between songs. Physically he had some good moments like in War machine where he cut loose a bit and was a little more mobile than other times. Vocal issues or not, he still can entertain without question, I thought it was a nice touch placing the mirror ball in the back and doing the doing the "Black Diamond" intro from the rear platform. He should of always done that. It really adds a nice ambiance.

Gene: His bass playing is there as always and his vocals were right there. But he's certainly not the Gene Simmons I once knew. He's completely lost the demonic persona , one second he's sticking out his tongue the next he's being a goof... dancing, making retarded faces and acting like a mongoloid amusing himself, as well as all of us in the front rows. It just makes it hard to take him seriously when he takes center stage and starts spitting blood. But realistically, at 64, you can't expect him to be that menacing character that broke out back in 74', that would be awkward as well. So it's basically a 'lighter' Gene Simmons. (although physically heavier)

Thayer: Not a fan of Tommy's but his playing was solid throughout the night. He interacted well with Paul exchanging some laughs during Outta This World trading screams into the mic with Paul. Paul also introduced him as "Mr. X". Won't comment on solo or bazooka other than it would of been great to hear 3 more songs in place of 'the jam'.

Singer: One thing I've noticed in recent tours are the drums are so flat. As a drummer I thought his snare was buried in the mix. He's still solid but I noticed his hitting is inconsistent . One second he's hitting hard the next he's not. On his solo breaks the drums sounded alright but after the solo the snare was buried again. The toms just don't cut through the way they should. I'm not saying he should use the amount of reverb Eric Carr did, but a little more sure wouldn't hurt.( I personally think Peter had a better drum sound on the reunion tours and definitely a better snare. (Just talking tones)

Overall it was a good show, but aside from the production, nothing new here at all. But still a great night out in terms of entertainment. The front row experience is always fun . Your watching every detail, interacting with them and always waiting for a member to step in front of you. I would of probably passed without seeing it from there.

But you can't just single Kiss out , everything in life gets repetitious, not just the Kiss show. Its amazing in 2013 this act/stage show has survived. As long as there is somebody willing to pay, they will play.

My take on the show.....

This was KISS show #130 for me since 1990. Obsessive? A bit. However, they never, NEVER fail to put on a good show. Replacements, voice issues, setlist blah blah, it ALWAYS is a good show.

Drove up from Jersey only 4 hours after driving home from Disney so needless to say I was tired. Arrived with my 13 year old son and head to our 5th row seats on Paul's side. Openers were tight and surprisingly good. The band came out, great lights, might be the best lighting for any show I have seen. Sound was good, Paul's voice was not terrible.... The show was solid, kick ass and enjoyable. Everyone was "on". The set was a bit stale but it flowed nicely and had no dead spots. Paul as extremely animated during "Outta This World", almost 80's style stage prancing. Said hello to Steve Coronel and met up with many old friends from the KISS world. The most important part of this was my son telling me after the show that it was the greatest concert he has ever seen and he has been to KISS 4 times as well as a bunch of other bands. All in all, a great night.
