How'd KISS do the last time they played this venue on the Alive 35 tour. They cancelld a gig here on the PC Tour? Didn't play there on the SBOE Tour, they played Aalborg then.

Denmark has really never been more than an average market for KISS. From what I understand KISS was kinda big in Denmark around ´80 due to 'Shandi' being a very big hit there....their popularity faded rather quickly, but there´s always the hardcore basis of fans, they´re not just that many in Denmark when compared to Sweden and Norway.

Any danes disagreeing?

I´d be surprised if they sell out the Forum at all - and I would expect a great percentage of the people going come from Skåne (southern part of Sweden) - you can get to Copenhagen from Malmö in like an hour by train....a little quicker if you go by car....Not going myself though due to other obligations, but I hope they perform to the max and give people a hell of a show.

Five Finger Death Punch will be the supporting act....

Mark Knopfler will perform at the same venue on the 16th and that´s a complete sell-out - which says something about danes (just kidding neighbors...)

I´m from Sweden, and I´ll be going with a buddy of mine, we were at the tour premier in Stockholm as well and this time we´re also doing the meet n´greet.. there might be a recap of all the events when/if i get a bit more time to write...

Spider didnt work. Most of the show was really good. They seemed a bit tired towards the End. My son loved it!

Early reports about the attendance said it was about 5,000 - that would mean just over half-full (or half-empty )

Just got an update from a guy who was there.

Attendance - 6,000 (rough estimate)

Pauls voice - OK - even good apart from when singing IWMFLY (understandably)

Spider - didn´t work as supposed to, but very impressive to look at

Overall - my source thought it was a good show - sound good (which is not always the case w/ the Forum)

Oh - and thx to blackdiamond for the updates - hoping that you´ll give us your review....well , I hope anyone there giving us a review.

1st professional review comes from Denmarks largest tabloid/

Overall - a lukewarm review where the reporter thinks that KISS got by on the strength of their stageshow and impressive catalogue.

Length of show: 115 min. - the girl-flash-her-boob reportedly came when Paul did his Love Gun-flight.

Reporter thought that Pauls stageraps became very tiresome.

Pauls voice was waaaaaay better today than previous shows. So much more fun to watch this show than Sweden rock.

Good show. The place were almost packed, at least it felt so

He doesn't sound as hoarse as he usually does (he's usually hoarse even when he's talking). So, that's a plus.

He takes it very easy in most of the song, which of course helps his sound. The few places where he pushed it a bit wasn't all that bad, so that's good.
