Shout It Out Loud was the opening encore at Nagoya, but has been brought forward and War Machine has been knocked back one place in the set.

The production on Samurai Son is a bit hard to pull off without either extra musicians so a backing track for that song is fine IMO.

I watched 4 different videos of the first night and Paul is still singing - but he is also on the backing track.

Back from the meeting (which overran - it was excruciating), and I've read that 'Sukiyaki' was performed between I Love It Loud and Lick It Up. Whether that was a full version, or a brief one-liner I don't know. Just giving you the heads-up for the set-list.

Looks like it was a nice show. I like that setlist, though I'm a bit saddened they dropped Hide Your Heart - them playing this during recent shows was kinda surprising.

If he's going to use a vocal track he should prerecord a "live" vocal. Not outright play the song off the album.

Absolutely. I think he understands it was a faux-pas and he's corrected it. Let's all breathe a sigh of relief and move on.

Not bad at all. The song has played with attitude and Paul sounds rather ok, he tries to sing it with attitude, simply rocks. Also backing vocals work well.
