First arena show. How's it selling ? You know Live Nation will use this as a book mark to add a a couple of weeks of arena shows to the TOUR.

I'll be there ! I doubt it's selling well .They always put river-bend on sell before they KY shows which usually makes the KY show sparse .

I saw the reunion tour there in Freedom Hall. Big place and as I recall, the seating is so steep you feel like you are gonna fall and plummet to your death every time you stand up.

There are tons of tickets available. Blocks and blocks of floor seating remain.

This show is at our new downtown arena, the YUM Center. amazing arena.

KISS played Freedom Hall on their Reunion & Farewell tours in Louisville.

This is my first KISS show since Farewell 2000. I hope it rocks!

I wouldn'nt consider freedom hall a big place at all ..

I wouldn't either, though it's not small. Freedom Hall is around 19,000+, the KFC Yum Center (which is possibly the worst name and greatest name for a venue ever) is listed at about the same on Wikipedia . I saw Van Halen open their tour there in February and the place felt MUCH bigger.

My friend at the venue told me they are are selling just over 50% of tickets available .... that's that's what happens when you put river-bend on sale so much earlier .

Riverbend is nearly sold out. Looks life Live Nation would cut the prices on the KFC show to get more than 10,000 thee..

You sure you aren't thinking of Rupp Arena in Lexington? The upper arena there is a death trap.

Someone asked about curfew at the venue on Facebook... will be interesting to see if the curfew line is used at the arena:

Does Yum center have a curfew? I see Motley Crue/Kiss is running short on time at other venues changing equipment.11pm curfew at other shows.75-80 minutes per band.

KFC Yum! Center Steve - The KFC Yum! Center does not have a curfew. This should not be an issue at our venue. Thanks!

Yes, Rupp is BIG and steep. I saw my first KISS concert there, and the first rock concert at the arena on the RARO tour. Went down at midnight to wait at the ticket booth. When they opened at 8:00 am there were eight people standing in line. Different, and in many ways better times. I know I sound like an old shit talking like that, but at least real fans, not just people loaded with money could get a chance at close up tickets. All you had to do was put in the time.

No way of telling how these tickets are selling,no interactive map on this one. Live Nation hasn't cut the prices yet. You figure they'd cut them in half today if they were moving so poorly. It's smarter to fill up the building and make the $$$ back on merch,food and beer.

Was hoping to get to go tonight but doesn't look like it is happening. First KISS show in Kentucky since 2003 with Aero.

Maybe they will hit Lexington for the Monster tour next year...at Rupp Arena...They are actually going to remodel Rupp in the next few years to make it more like the Chicken Bucket.

Crowd is tired...let's hope they're up to it. The curtain fell when thy were trying to tear down the Mötley stage. They had to drop the truss and reattach, so I'm guessing we're about 5 minutes out now.

Same here, just watched two renditions of the song, Tampa 2012 and Miami 1992...that extra half step lower that they're playing in now gives the song a real kick in the ass. Now if only they really turned Eric loose.

Just got back , Both bands were great , I was actually a little surprised how much Canned vocals and music Crue had , But they still put on a great show . No matter what Agenda People are trying to push on here lately , Eric Singer still Kicks all Kinds of ass ..,, Great double bill just way too short .

It wasn't a huge bandage or anything. Just the size of a band-aid at the corner of his eye. It had white makeup and eye liner on it to camouflage. I'm sure it's not a big deal.

Both bands sounded REALLY good tonight. It's healthy competition and the crowd is the big winner. So much better seeing this package in an arena. Good crowd, but it was a weeknight and LOTS of available seats, which is a headscratcher to say the least. I don't know if that says rock is dead or rock is just expensive as hell.

Yes, Paul used the stupid curfew line.
Tommy seemed to be having a particularly good night.
all three bands delivered a solid performance but KISS proved yet again why they're the headliner.

Reports putting attendance 2/3 full somewhere between 11,000 -12,000.

Edit- 2/3 of the 9,600 tickets put on sale sold, making this the low show of the TOUR @ about 6,500 in attendance.

I thought it was a kickass show. I haven't seen em live since 2000 and really enjoyed myself. War Machine ruled and HoH went over decent I think. Seemed like crowd was a little dead but Motley kicked some ass so I guess that's to be expected. Great show, Gene I thought looked especially demonic tonight. Awesome night.
