Sorry for the delay, but I went to this show and had a BLAST! The band was in top form this evening, which was a pleasant surprise to be honest. Paul sounded great, for the most part (his voice did crack at times, but not too bad). Gene had a lot of energy and seemed to be enjoying himself. Eric was outstanding live! I really enjoyed his solo!
I liked the setlist. It had a mixture of old, not so old, and new. I love how MDD and Say Yeah are sounding live, esp Say Yeah. The crowd was into the show from Deuce, all the way until DRC (the last song). It was great to see the KISS Army bring their A game!
All in all, it was a fantastic show, with the usual fire, blood spitting, flying, and pyro. If you haven't treated yourself to a KISS show, do yourself a favor and do it! And while you're at it, bring a friend who may not be a fan. They will be glad you did! I'm looking forward to the next Dallas stop!!!
