???

I think this was the originally scheduled act. Not sure how much tickets they sold before cancelling, but from looking at the map earlier it's not hard to get a good seat tonight. I'm guessing a lot of people will get to move down from the lawn?

KISS Atlanta tickets are moving pretty good today-not gonna be a big as Charlotte/Raleigh/VA Bach -but respectable.

edit- @8:50 pictures on live share look like a good turnout.

Alright, well I'm gonna be here at the ATL airport waiting for my flight for the next few hours so here's my quick recap.

Great show tonight. Crowd was on the small side, maybe around 8,000? Crowd was great though and really loving it. The band looked like they were having the greatest time. Just smiles all around lots of clowning around between the guys and the fans. You'll be able to see all that on the youtube clips I'm sure.

One really funny part was right at the beginning. Paul's fan seemed to be pointed a little too high in MDD. It was blowin his hair back big time and it looked like it was going to blow his wig right off haha. He had a roadie come out quickly and fix it.

Instead of Gene forgetting the first verse of I'm An Animal, he kind of made up a new version along the same theme. Pretty funny stuff. Along those lines, the crowd was really into the new songs . Biggest reaction I've seen yet. They also really ate up the newer additions like God Gave and CCN. Great to see.

Maybe the best part of the night was the improvement of Pauls voice. It was noticeably better than the last few shows I've seen on this tour.-not perfect-but better.

More Bang, Group sounding better than ever except for Paul's voice.

The vocal goofing they were doing at the end of GGRARTY was funny as hell!

Great show.

Lindsey Buckingham?

Lindsey Buckingham was at the show for what ever reason. Nice guy talked to him for a sec and seemed like a fairly large kiss fan.

Good show. The band seems to be having a great time onstage these days. Musically they were pretty tight. I was listening hard for Paul's vocals....and yes, he is still having some issues, but he is learning how to work around it in my opinion. But his voice is not going to magically get better....I think he needs surgery....but I'm no doctor. Gene did a good job....he's lost a step or two and he looked like he was burning up....it was hot. Eric is just a beast. Great, great drummer. Tommy is no Ace, but he does his job well in my opinion. Decent crowd....not packed to the rafters or anything, but still respectable.....and they were loud. Next show for me....Houston 9/17/10....can't wait.
