New KISS book -- for real!

Hi !!

I thought maybe you'd entertain talking about a book that is actually going to come out?
Or at least follow and see how it's done successfully?

I'm working on a new Illustrated Guide to KISS...
I'll keep the exact detailed content somewhat shrouded in mystery for the moment, but one hint: No, the focus won't be Japan.

There will be UPDATES and some cool stuff will be shared until the book is published.
It is NOT out, or ready, or on sale YET. I'm working on it! And today that's what I wanted to let you know.

I've loved Alain's books so much I've kept them in the original packaging complete with Japanese postage stamps. It's like a brown cardboard obi!

I have a million dollars to invest in something like this....since i got my refund from Ross the other day. I bought a million dollars worth of books from him when Magic first went on sale....but after the Labor board went after Ross because they found out that Ross was employing under age kids (his two kids) to work on the book, someone turned him in. Once i found out about it...i put in for a refund and whadaya know?? A million dollars showed up in my paypal account and now i'm eager to invest it into another sinking ship (i'm kidding...about the sinking ship part)...but i'll look into your project and if you need investors and your book seems legit, you'll be hearing from me...or my accountant

Unless the unpredictable, like a covid-20 showing up, it should be fine.
Japan Post resumed quasi-normal service on June 1 to the US. South America is still a no, sadly, from Japan.

Can you mention if it's mainly centered on the classic 1973 - 83 period of the bands history or covering all era's?

Nice. That would be a really good idea for a KISS book; a full on focus exclusively on the period of 1973 to 1983. I’m surprised no one has thought of that, or actually done that yet?
