KISS - A rare example of the band as a true four wheel drive. Everybody carried their weight here, can't pick one.
HOTTER THAN HELL - Ace ("Parasite", "Strange Ways", a co-write on "Comin' Home" and AWESOME lead guitar throughout).

I was close to picking those for REVENGE and COS, but I love Gene’s REV songs and I think Eric’s playing on COS is the best drumming in KISStory.
DYNASTY was also close, but it’s hard to go past their biggest worldwide hit. HTH was hard but it just feels like Gene’s bass carries the whole album and his songs are my favourites (even though Ace wrote Parasite).

All true my man, I still had to go with Bruce. He was especially off the scale great on COS, and with all those co-writes too the only right answer for me.

I like your DESTROYER choice but I did specify band members.
Yes, Gene on PC. Other than the title track I think Paul's efforts on Psycho Circus are terrible. Gene's on the other hand, I love Within, Journey, and We Are One. Also love the stuff that didn't make it on the album like It's My Life and I Wanna Rule The World.
As for Destroyer, well if you insist that I list a band member then I would agree it's Paul, though Peter is right up there too.

From Asylum through Carnival of Souls, you know what I'll say. Except for Revenge. Eric's influence isn't often mentioned, its always about Gene. But Singer played really well on the record and probably elevated much of the filler he was obligated to play on, along with Bruce.
