October 6, 1997 - UK "Carnival Of Souls Release Date...
Mercury has confirmed COS' UK release date as October 28th. (yeah one day later than they said last time, but New York wanted the international releases at the same time as the US - He thought Japan's release date was then, and not 10/8....).
They also mentioned the Mercury, New York are considering releasing "Hate" as a second radio-single off COS, depending on the performance of "The Jungle" - which seems to be doing well. They also confirmed that no radio-singles are going to be issued in the UK for COS. :( But I just wonder...
There will be promotion of COS in the UK - I should have posters and the CDs around the 20th.
October 5, 1997 - COS on October 27 in the UK...
Contrary to reports at some other sites, "Carnival Of Souls" was not released in the UK on 22/9, it remains scheduled for release on October 27th. The Remasters, on the other hand, were all released on 22/9, because I bloody well found Music From "The Elder" and Unmasked, both definately UK Remasters, in Gloucester's HMV....
