Friday, April 18, 2003 6:23:48 PM - KISS/Aerosmith Tour A GO!
Like there was much doubt, except for the official confirmation. KISS' lineup will include Peter Criss who announced on his website, "I am happy to say, I will be on the KISS/Aerosmith Tour. I love their music and respect them as "Hall of Famer's" and all around good people. It will be an honor to step on the same stage as them! This is one more great chapter for my book, the ending gets better and better! I also have a very big suprise, but I won't let the cat out of the bag yet". Of course Ace remains questionable, since he's going to summer camp. Tour dates, currently announced, as follows:
Aug. 2: Hartford, Conn. (ctnow.com Meadows Music)

So, still questionable about Ace, but there's a good long run of major market shows coming. It's pretty obvious, with a two night stand in Boston and no New York City shows, why Aerosmith are the show-closers "Headliners"... «Post A Comment»

Sunday, April 13, 2003 3:47:42 PM - RIP Sean Delaney...
Gene Simmons reports that Sean Delaney (Prentice John Delaney Jr.) has passed away. Sean was pivitol in the creation of the KISS stage show and was involved with the band from the earliest stages later co-writing, remixing, and producing material for the band members. Sean had been working on an autobiography, tentatively titled "Hellbox", which would detail much of his career. Unfortunately, Sean had reportedly suffered a stroke recently. Sean was, at least to me, always a very approachable guy who liked to talk about his past. He'll be missed, read an obituary HERE... «Post A Comment»
