I largely agree with your thoughts here, however, what exactly is Nibbs in violation of? The guy provides a ton of stats largely to pump up the current line-up and digs his heels in when challenged. Sure, he doesn't seem to ever concede an inch, but what exactly is the violation? Seems to me the violators are those who really chose to make things personal with him.
