Skoff was essentially the remaining 3/4 of Criss (Jason Ebs, Mike McLaughlin, and Mark Montague) plus Ed Rodgers on drums. Some of the material they recorded for the album had been intended for Criss' second studio album, before being interrupted by the reunion. However, Skoff eventually imploded with the band attempting to replace Ebs with Randy James (who were jamming together at the same time any way!). Track 10 may or may not have been considered/recorded for the album, it appears consecuatively with the rest of the song publishing details (From the "KISS & Related Recordings Focus, © 2007 - Julian Gill).
