This acetate is not a proper release, as such, it was a private pressing of aproximately 4 copies recorded at Jody Records. It is however, some of the earliest recorded Eric Carr, who plays harmonica, tamborine and sings. Track 1 was included on a KISS tribute Album, "KAOL2: Creatures Of The Net", released in early 1998. Track 2 was released on the reissue of "KAOL Music From The Folder '99" later that same year. Both songs have since been withdrawn from KAOL releases, but were released on the DVD "Inside The Tale Of The Fox".

Produced by Vincent Vallis and Henry De Meo, who would also play the trumpet on the track. Vincent was the head of Jody Records, the Brooklyn vanity label and studio where the songs were recorded. A very limited issue of the vinyl was more of a private pressing for the songwriter's to publish their material.
