Only notable setlist changes are noted here. Some venues/shows were not recorded, in addition to some technical issues preventing the recording of some other dates. There is also a major issue with the CDs being lossy-sourced, meaning that they are encoded from MP3 (320Kbs bitrate) rather than lossless WAV. This issue, apparently, affects all discs delivered after the show, though some disc 1 picked up at actual shows may be lossless.
